But we really like to give you options to kick it up. That list of veggies - it's just a suggestion. Use whichever ones make your heart happy, these are the ones we've got on hand at the moment.
Not a sage lover, no worries. Thyme, rosemary, oregano and others are all great additions.
Salt & Pepper don't have to be where it stops, toss in some cayenne or smoked paprika for a pop of flavor.
Make a meal by adding a few chicken legs or thighs to the pan as well.
